How to submit a request

To request a change to your appointment, please complete our Appointment Reschedule or Skip Form.
Requests are reviewed during business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Submissions received outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day.

Rescheduling Policy:

We encourage clients to keep their regular cleaning appointments to maintain a consistent level of service. If a cleaning is skipped or delayed beyond the usual frequency, additional time may be needed during the next visit. In these cases, a $35 skip fee may be applied to the following cleaning. If you reschedule your cleaning within seven days of the original appointment, no skip fee will be charged. .

Cancellation and Lockout Policy:

We require at least 48 business hours’ notice for all cancellations and reschedule requests. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment time to another client. If a cancellation or reschedule is requested with less than 48 business hours’ notice, a 50 percent cancellation fee will apply. If our team is unable to access your home on the day of service including being locked out or turned away at the door the full service fee will be charged.
