Job Requirements (Scheduler / Customer Service):

Fluent in English and Portuguese;
Full time availability / Monday - Friday 7 am to 4 pm Eastern time
Computer skills (VOIP, CRM, Google Drive, Chatbots);
Strong independent worker;
Be “Self-Organizing” with little direction;
Two years of customer service experience a plus;
Dispatch experience is a plus.

Job Requirements (Social Media Assistant / Graphic Designer):

Fluent in English and Portuguese;

Training salary $450 first month, and depending on previous experience.
Once completed training phase $600.00 per month salary. *Please note payments are made in dollars so it will depend on the currency rate for the day.

We are going to give you a few scenarios that could happen at Amazing Maids. Let us know how you would respond. Use your best judgement . There is no right or wrong answer.

Scenario 1: A client messages you asking for an appointment on Monday. According to the schedule, we are fully booked until Wednesday.

How do you respond to the client?*

Scenario 2: Please review the following company policy.Late Cancelations & Lockouts: We will assess a 50% fee if you cancel with less than 24 “business hours'' notice. The client will be billed for service at the full rate for failing to provide Amazing Maids access to the home upon arrival or if we are turned away at the door.

A client messages you asking to cancel their appointment within less than 24 hours notice. What do you tell the client?*

Scenario 3: Please review the following company policy. Our Guarantee & Refunds: Although we are always meticulous and do our absolute best, we may occasionally miss something at your service or not have it done to your liking. We stand by our promise and we certainly take responsibility for our work. We will work with you until you are 100% satisfied with the services provided. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, we will return and re-clean the area that was missed as long as it is reported within 24 hours from the date and time of your cleaning. Report any concerns to our office via phone or email within 24 hours after the service. Please note, if an item or area has been damaged in the past, improperly cared for, stained, or has aged past the ability to be cleaned, these items and areas may not become completely clean after our visit and therefore a touch-up would not be offered. We do not offer refunds, but we will work with you until you are 100% satisfied with the services received.

A client calls a few hours after his initial deep cleaning is completed very upset because the quality of his cleaning was not what he expected. There were several things left not cleaned and he is very upset because he thinks he paid a lot of money for the quality of the cleaning he received.

How would you respond to the client?*

Scenario 4: The cleaning technician arrives at the customer’s house at 1:30 pm but the work order instructions clearly state that the customer requested not to enter the home before 2:15 pm because she would be in a very important meeting. The cleaning technician did not read the work order ahead of time and is very upset with the office because she was not notified of this change. The work order had been updated several days before and reviewing the work order prior to arriving at the job is the cleaning technician’s responsibility.
